Oredered online went in and after paying told i am having cod instead of snapper then had to ask for the money difference which was still a dollar short also will not eat the slimey cod from a net trawler was a waste of money chips were overcooked squid not like it used to be. This was our go to but now too busy to care about quality.. Chris

Our lunch (fish n chips for 2 + potaoe scallops + pinapple fritter was great. Potatoe scallop maybe called a bit too much but honestly overall was delicious! Enjoying the online ordering too!!

Noticed wait time had changed to 10 mins which is good because we had been receiving food that had been sitting for awhile however tonight the opposite it said 10 so should have been ready at approx 7:15 it is now 7:30 and we are still waiting. Online ordering system needs work.

I didn’t see an easy way to indicate I wanted chicken salt other then the note field. The medium chips was a bit light on in size but the fish fillet was a generous size. I don’t think there should be a service fee for an online order. I will order again.

Ordered burgers tonight. 2 x cheeseburgers, steak with the lot, bacon & egg and $3 chips. Asked for cheeseburgers with bacon. The fellow asked if I wanted salad which I thought was strange. Explained that a cheeseburger is pattie, onion, cheese and sauce and that I would like bacon as well. Thought it was pretty straightforward. Upon pick up and getting home - they were hamburgers not cheeseburgers. Not sure what I was charged in total. Also, freshness of the rolls and the other rolls of other burgers ordered were not the best tonight either. Quite disappointing tonight.
